Hario Buono V60 Electric Kettle!

We've gotten confirmation from our distributor of Hario products that they're bringing in, among other things, an electric version of the Buono V60 water kettle. As someone that loves the pouring qualities of the kettle, I often find myself heating water in another electric kettle first, then transferring that water to the Buono.
Transfer no longer needed!
We're not certain about when we'll get this in, but we'll definitely let you know as soon as it happens. Based on the model numbers, I'm guessing the electric comes in a smaller size, but I'm not sure. We'll know more soon.
After much anticipation, Hario's Electric Buono is now available for purchase!

Few advancements in espresso machine technology over the past fifty years could be called revolutionary. The latest advancement featured in La Marzocco's Strada Electronic Paddle (EP) is one that has earned that title. Pressure profiling was first introduced into the mass market in 2009 by the Slayer Espresso Machine. The La Marzocco Strada takes this new technology to the next level by allowing the barista to save up to four pressure profiles at any given time. Along with the ability to save profiles, each group has a digital display that shows the temperature (±0.1°C), shot time, and current bars of pressure (±.1 Bar). The Strada perfectly combines the durability and workmanship of La Marzocco with the technology of the future.

Compak is a company dedicated to quality and craft. Their newest endeavor is a line of espresso grinders that raises the bar on control and efficiency. Aptly named "Fresh" for its innovative design and functionality, these grinders were created from conversations with baristas around the world and from the experience of a company that has been around for over 50 years. The K-10 Fresh offers a number of innovative features including: the ability to pre-set the the dosing time for a single and double shot to within a tenth of a second, manual push-button doser that keeps time of amount dosed on the digital display, and a completely new dosing system, electronics and control system. Also, the electronic display shows the selected grinding point, a configurable warning to change the burrs, promotional message with your logo, shot counter, and multi-language display.

For most companies it's hard to find motivation for pushing out new products if you find yourself on top already. This is not, however, the case with La Marzocco. The Italian based espresso machine manufacturer continues to push the envelop when it comes to innovations in espresso machine technology. The newest line from La Marzocco continues their progression in the specific areas of temperature stability and pressure profiling. We've discussed the Strada Electronic Paddle version in detail in our Strada EP blog post and listing for the 2 Group Strada EP. The Strada Mechanical Paddle employs technology similar to the Mechanical Paddles on other La Marzocco models but with a few new features including individual pressure gauges, digital PID control, and dedicated group boilers.

Any more new info about this?
Not on the Hario, but we have some great news on a new brand, BonaVita. They have an electric and non-electric pour-over kettle option, which we should have by the end of the month. Also, we will be carrying their new automatic home coffee brewer. All of these items have been certified by the SCAA, making that the first electric pouring kettle and the second home brewer to do so. Keep on the look out! We will have them listed soon; until then you can check out this link: http://bona-vita.biz/docs/11-B...
It looks like the BonaVita still isn't in. Will it be available before Christmas, and do you have a price point? Thanks!
