Bonavita is a newcomer to the specialty coffee scene in the U.S., but their products will by no means let them go unnoticed for long. Bonavita's first product offerings fill a much needed gap in affordable specialty coffee brewing gear for the home. It is because of both the quality and affordability of Bonavita's products that we are bringing in two completely new products for our coffee loving customers. The first of these is Prima Coffee Equipment's first ever offered automatic home coffee brewing machine. While there are a couple of brewers on the market that could stand up to our quality standards for a home brewer, they were too expensive. Bonavita's automated coffee brewers offer the same quality of the more expensive brewers at a fraction of the cost. The second unprecedented product offering from Bonavita is their electric pour over brewing kettle. With the indefinite delay of the electric Hario Buono Kettle, the Bonavita Electric Gooseneck Stainless Kettle is the first of its kind. Like the automated coffee brewer, this pour-over kettle is cheaper than other pour-over or electric hot water kettles. We're extremely excited about these new products and look forward to more from Bonavita.

We've looked long and hard for a scale that we can recommend for our avid manual brewing friends. The scale needed to have a high weight capacity, fast response time and precision calculations, and the ability to disable the auto-off feature to ensure the scale would not shut off mid-brew. The Jennings CJ4000 is the first scale we have offered that meets all of these requirements. The Fretta Iced Coffee Brewer is Hario's answer to brewing the perfect cup of iced coffee. Hario has combined their famous V60 brewer with a decanter and plastic diffuser to assure that the coffee is quickly cooled by hitting ice immediately after the brewing process. This quick heat transition is important in conserving the flavor of the coffee. The Fretta comes with 10 size 02 paper filters. We recommend that you purchase extra filters as well. To do this select filters as an add-on from the options on the right or go to our Hario 02 filter listing. Also recommend is a pouring kettle.
