We know you want your new coffee gear as quickly as possible. Our centrally located warehouse allows us to ship quickly to both the east and west coast. In addition, to ensure the quickest possible delivery of your items, we ship all in-stock items within 24 hours of order completion (except on the weekend -- even we need a break). The majority of items we sell are in-stock and ship directly from our warehouse.
For items not stocked in our warehouse, we work with our distributors to provide the most accurate inventory possible. Most of our distributors are able to ship within 1-2 business days. If you have any question on the availability of an item we offer for sale on our website, simply check the inventory status in the product description, located below the price. “In Stock” means the item is in our warehouse and will ship within 24 hours. “Stock Available” means the item ships from one of our distributors and the item should ship within 1-2 days. “Out-of-stock” means the item is temporarily unavailable or out-of-stock at our warehouse and our distributor’s warehouse.
In order to provide transparency in both product and shipping costs, some of our products have calculated shipping costs. As an added bonus, select products include standard ground shipping at no additional cost (free shipping). We offer this option whenever possible, to customers with a shipping address in the 48 contiguous states, based on manufacturer pricing programs and promotions.

Returns can be complicated when buying online. To make your life easier we have created a fair and simple return policy without any “gotcha” clauses. The majority of our products can be returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus the original (outbound) shipping costs. No restocking or handling fees.
