Nuova Aurelia VOL XT C-AUTO w/ E-milk

The Nuova Aurelia VOL XT with C-AUTO creates a tightly synchronized espresso workflow when paired with the required GX 85W grinder through a secure Bluetooth connection. The system provides feedback to the grinder every five extractions based on user-defined volume and time parameters, allowing the GX 85W to make automatic adjustments and stay aligned with your recipe throughout service. The GX 85W is a self-adjusting, weight-based dosing espresso grinder that can pair with up to four smart portafilters, providing dose recognition for each.

The updated E-Milk system (replacing Easy Cream) is designed to simplify milk preparation, with a rotary selection dial featuring clear graphics for quick changes between programmable milk profiles, each customizable by temperature and texture. The E-Milk wand features easily cleanable PEEK material with a cool-touch wand and tip and includes auto start, auto froth, and auto flushing.

Volumetric dosing with individual group shot timers ensures accurate and repeatable yields across all groups. The Aurelia XT also uses a heat exchanger system with PID-controlled boiler temperature to support stable brewing temperatures and consistent extractions.

The result is a system that combines the best of super automatic espresso machines with the tactility of a manual setup. It reduces the load of variable upkeep and tuning on the barista, delivers more consistently perfect milk and espresso extractions, and from the customer's perspective, it still looks and feels like a person is making their coffee, because they are.

The Aurelia VOL XT is fully compatible with traditional espresso grinders as well as the standard Nuova Simonelli GX grinder. For full C-AUTO functionality, the system can pair with up to three GX 85W grinders. The machine and grinder(s) are paired together during professional installation by Nuova’s network of trained installers.

Color-coded portafilter end-caps are included for portafilter identification, but upon request Nuova will swap them out for black caps.
