No-Hassle Return Policy
Simple is good. So any items marked with our
"
No-Hassle Return " badge are eligible for return. Here are a few
things to keep in mind:
- Items should be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging with
all parts and accessories.
- Items should be returned in "Good" condition; Clean, functional, and
free of dents, chips, gremlins, smells, stains, defects, etc. Treat 'em
well.
- Consumables (Filters, Cleaners, etc.) should be unopened.
- All items should be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Special Holiday Extension: Items purchased between November 1st
and December 31st may be returned within 60 days of purchase or
February 1st, whichever comes later, as long as you send some
eggnog. Happy Holidays!
How does the refund work?
Items returned under our No-Hassle Return Policy will be refunded the
original purchase price of the item(s). Any shipping costs you paid will
not be refunded. Items that require cleaning, new packaging, parts, or do
not meet the requirements of the No Hassle Return Policy, may carry a
restocking fee of up to 20%. Refunds will be processed within 7 business
days of receipt.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Feel free to
choose the shipping-carrier that’s most convenient for you (UPS, USPS,
FedEx, Carrier Pigeon, DHL, ect.). Please note: we recommend insuring your shipment to
protect against loss or damage as we can't issue refunds for items that are damaged in transit.
How do I set up a return?
- Have your order number ready and contact our customer service team
at sales@prima-coffee.com or (888) 837-7892 to request a return
authorization.
- Affix or write your return authorization number on the outside of
the shipping box. Be sure to avoid making any markings on the product
packaging.

Things we can't take back
Some decisions are all in. Items not marked with the "No-Hassle Returns"
badge may not be returned. This includes commercial espresso machines and
most items labeled as distributor stock. If you’ve still got some
