Another Tool for the Perfect Water
Third Wave Water's blend of magnesium sulfate, calcium citrate, and sodium chloride is designed to turn a gallon of distilled or reverse osmosis (RO) water into the perfect water for coffee brewing. But the formula works only if the water is truly empty. This TDS meter measures the amount of minerals in water, so it is a useful tool for verifying the purity of water to which a Third Wave Water pack will be added, for measuring the mineral content of tap water for reference, or for dialing in water with the Peak pitcher or BWT system.
