Machine longevity and tasty coffee are two byproducts of good maintenance. Cafiza from Urnex is one of the most well-known and widely-used espresso machine cleaners in the industry. It is a powdery substance, consisting of a concentrated formula that was crafted to remove residue in espresso machine group heads, valves, and lines, making this a necessary product for your daily backflushing routine.

Cafiza is also great for cleaning coffee brewers and roasting equipment. When not cleaned properly, residual oils can negatively affect both coffee flavor and the roasting process. If it experiences extended contact with coffee oils, Cafiza is your answer.

Cafiza

Have not used this powder product yet. Have used the tablets for years under the same brand and works wonders. My machine has always work for years without any issues. This will be my first time using powder rather than the tablets and I'm pretty positive it will work the same.
