Changes To Orders

Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes can be made to an order after the order has been placed. If you realize that there needs to be a change made, please call us immediately to see if there is a chance we can make changes. You can find our number on your order confirmation e-mail. Please note that while we will attempt to stop your order when we get the call or voicemail, we can make no guarantee a change can be made. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse team, then you will be responsible for requesting a return for the order. If a product offered by Prima Coffee itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition by following the return procedures as outlined in our no hassle return policy

Pricing And Quoting

The list price displayed for each product on our website represents the full retail price as listed by the manufactures or as estimated according to standard industry practice. The list price is a comparative estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

Prima Coffee does not guarantee the price of an item or the total price of an order until an order has been entered into our order system and reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. We make every effort to ensure that the price listed is accurate, however, despite our best intentions, a small number of items on our website may not be priced correctly due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event that we discover an item is priced incorrectly, we will contact you by e-mail, telephone, or other method of our choice with the option to cancel your order or pay the additional balance required to fulfill the order.

At your request, the Prima Coffee sales team may supply a custom quotation that includes shipping, taxes, any applicable discounts, and accurate product pricing. Note that quotations expire after 30 days, and that they are subject to change within this period, most often due to change in product availability or pricing updates from the manufacturer. After the 30 day period, you may contact our sales team to renew or re-quote the quotation.

Payment

For your convenience Prima Coffee offers a variety of payment methods for you to choose from when purchasing from our website. If you check out using our payment fulfilment method your credit card will only be charged once your order is in the fulfilment stage after the prices have been checked for accuracy. In the unlikely event that a discrepancy is discovered between an items listed price and the actual price we may authorize a zero dollar transaction to your credit card to check for any errors and will then contact you by e-mail, telephone, or other method of our choice with the option to cancel your order or to authorize the adjusted price to be charged to your card.

If you choose to use one of the other payment gateways we offer, such as google checkout, then your credit card will be charged immediately upon the order being submitted. In the unlikely event that a discrepancy is discovered between an items listed price and the actual price we will contact you by e-mail, telephone, or other method of our choice with the option to cancel your order or to pay the additional balance. If you decide to cancel the order we will refund your money through the alternate payment gateway that you chose, otherwise we will charge the difference to your account using your chosen method of payment.

Collection Of Tax

With the Supreme Court's ruling in Wayfair Vs. South Dakota we are now required to collect sales tax in multiple states. We will do our best to correctly assess and collect any sales tax at the time of order. Due to the complicated nature of tax laws we may be forced to collect taxes after an order has been processed.

Business Transfers

If Prima Coffee, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Prima Coffee goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets transferred to the acquiring party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Prima Coffee may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Applicable Law

Disputes
