Fetco 1231 Plus Brewer

Fetco 1231 Plus Brewer

Fast, Efficient, Easily Servicable

The next generation of the Fetco coffee plus brewers are here in the new Extractor Plus series otherwise known as the 1200 series. The 1200 series brewers include the familiar analog push button controls available with the V Plus models, as well as most of the same variable controls, including brew temperature, pre-brew volume, pre-brew percentage and delay and brew time. The 1200 series also carries over the manual hot water spigot and magnetically attaching cascading spray dome from the V plus, which makes for easy cleanup, prevents scale buildup and ensures consistent flow rate throughout the brewer’s life. New features introduced in the 1200 series include an updated electrical lattice front panel access for servicing laser welded tanks for better durability and a USB port for software updates, all intended to improve durability and access for serviceability. The 1200 series is a budget option lacking the touch screen user interface included with the new NG or next generation series brewers. One other feature that distinguishes the 1200 series from the NG series is the lack of pulse frequency control. When brew volume and brew time are programmed in the 1200 series, the machine automatically determines the number of pulses in the brew cycle. This offers the user slightly less control over a brew cycle, but ultimately produces coffee of equal quality to the NG series. The 1200 series comes standard with highly durable plastic baskets for optimal heat retention and cost savings, but can be upgraded to stainless steel baskets if desired. You can find a link to the stainless basket's on each of our 1200 series listings as the model numbers of each 1200 brewer increases, so does the hourly brewing capacity and power. The 1231 and 1232 are the lowest hourly capacity and the 1242, 1252, and 1262 Brewers offer the highest hourly capacity. The fourth digit in the model indicates whether the model is a single station or a dual station. Various voltage and wattage options are also available for each model to help accommodate power and capacity needs. So that is the new Fetco Extractor Plus Series.
