By incorporating more plastic in the body and streamlining the top plate, this classic grinding platform becomes exceptionally affordable without compromising performance. Built With Your Cafe In Mind
The Pratica’s 65mm flat hardened steel burrs put out around 4-5g per second, bringing total dosing time for a doubleshot to around 4 seconds or less. In combination with its sturdy 580 watt motor, the Pratica is rated for a duty cycle of approximately 2 shot cycles per minute, making this grinder ideal for low to mid volume cafes or as a secondary grinder.
Precision Dosing
A large digital display allows programmable control of up to 8 shot cycles in addition to a manual mode. Each program may be set in increments of 1/10th of a second, allowing the Pratica to consistently hit precise dose weights, shot after shot. An integrated declumper effectively reduces clumping and creates extremely fluffy and well-distributed grounds, ensuring less channeling and more even extractions.
