Caffewerks' 3.2 gallon per minute pump and 2 gallon accumulator system ensures constant, stable pressure for your espresso extractions. Especially if you run pre-infusion, a pump/accumulator system is a must for any direct-plumb set up. This system also helps relieve some stress on the espresso machine's internal pump helping it to last longer. This pump/accumulator system makes the perfect companion to any 2-3 group commercial espresso machine, along with any other equipment like pitcher rinsers, sinks, water towers or a coffee brewer. This pump puts out as much water as any mobile cafe operation could ever need. Caffewerks water systems are built using 3/8 Push Fit connections for simple install and use.
