The Sanremo Opera 2.0 is Sanremo’s flagship multi-boiler espresso machine, built for baristas who want complete creative control behind the bar. Its advanced Control Delivery System (CDS) lets you independently program pre-infusion, infusion, and post-infusion on each group with precise pressure profiling. Every group is equipped with its own dedicated gear pump and an xtremely heavy, thermally stable saturated group heads for exceptional thermal stability under the heaviest workloads.

Instead of traditional heat exchangers, the Opera 2.0 uses a sophisticated multiboiler system with a large dedicated steam boiler and independent brew water paths. This architecture allows dramatically different coffee profiles to run simultaneously on different groups without compromise. Power Dry Steam technology delivers silky microfoam at high capacity, while the “Express Yourself” app with Wi-Fi connectivity gives you full remote programming and monitoring from a tablet or smartphone.
