The Bolt 83 features two modes: Fresh mode lets you dial in 1, 2, or 3 doses on the fly via the 2.8-inch touchscreen, while Predose mode pre-grinds 1 or 2 doses into a dosing chamber, ready to drop via a trap door when the line starts forming. The screen’s got extras like language options, dose tracking, and a heads-up when the burrs need to be replaced.
