The Curtis G4 CGC Single Cup Brewer is a unit that is capable of brewing up to 5 gallons of SCAA Golden Cup standard coffee per hour. The CGC offers the unique ability to precisely control all aspects of brewing, such as time, temperature, and volume. Curtis' G4 technology also allows the user to quickly make changes to the pre-infusion and pulsing through an icon-driven, touchscreen interface.The touchscreen interface also features built-in diagnostics which provides preventative maintenance suggestions to help ensure that the CGC operates consistently and reliably.

Another feature of this Curtis brewer includes a uniquely designed, patent pending brew cone. This cone offers a unique shape as well as uniform ridges which help contribute to the units ability to provide Golden Cup results. Additionally, a pre-wash function is programmed into this unit ensuring that any paper taste from filters are eliminated.
