Fetco L4D-10 - Luxus Thermal Dispenser - 1 Gallon

I own a coffee shop, and we've been using a Curtis single brewer with 1.5 gallon thermal dispensers that have glass sight glasses that need regular cleaning. Immediately, even the factory dialed settings are comparable to the old Curtis. However, with some fine tuning, each brew comes out nearly as delicious as a pour-over. Worth the price 100%. I've gone from having competitively the best drip coffee in town, to hands down the best. Fetco really draws out the flavor notes of each bean and roast we carry. I use cambro 5 gallon dispensers for catering and by adjusting the included legs on the fetco up an inch or so, it can brew directly into them. This has been a 10/10 investment. I was even able to upload my logo to the brewer so it displays it on the idle touchscreen. The only drawback has to do with the thermal dispensers: the plug on top (That senses and displays liquid levels) does not seal with the pot. It just kind of fits snug. This means when moving the dispenser quickly or tilting it like when carrying in a vehicle, it will leak in a very messy way. They are definitely intended to remain immobile, or moved carefully.
