Fiorenzato F4 Evo
The Fiorenzato F4 Evo is an on-demand espresso grinder for lower-volume cafes, or as a second grinder for decaf and single-origin. It uses 58mm flat M340 steel burrs and timed dosing, set on an IPS touchscreen that shows coffee stats and burr wear. At 6.6 inches wide and 250 watts, it fits where a 64mm or 83mm grinder is more than necessary.
The burrs are cut in-house from M340 steel and they are rated to about 816 lb (370 kg) of coffee. EVO Technology limits heat off the motor so beans do not overheat. Grind adjustment is a continuous micrometric ring nut. Made in Italy, 110–120V, 24-month warranty. Matte black, SKU FZTF4E58MBL.
