Fiorenzato F64 Evo Pro
The Fiorenzato F64 Evo Pro is an on-demand commercial espresso grinder for medium- and high-volume cafes. It uses 64mm flat Dark-T burrs and timed dosing, set on an IPS touchscreen with a scrolling menu for grinding modes and coffee stats. Dose times can be changed during service without leaving the bar.
Dark-T burrs are cut in-house and coated with titanium, aluminum, carbon, and nitrogen, laboratory-tested to last five times longer than standard burrs, about 6,614 lb (3,000 kg) of coffee. EVO Technology is a climate control system that limits heat off the motor so beans do not overheat in continuous grinding. PRO Technology removes the grinding chamber with two levers, and the grind setting stays in place. The grinder is also compatible with the PUQpress M4.
