Fiorenzato F83 E Pro
The Fiorenzato F83 E Pro is an on-demand commercial espresso grinder for high-volume cafes. It uses 83mm flat Dark-T burrs and timed dosing, with single, double, triple, and manual doses set on a 4.3-inch IPS touchscreen. Dose counts are available by day, week, and total, so grind times can be changed during service without leaving the bar.
Dark-T burrs are cut in-house and coated with a blend of titanium, aluminum, carbon, and nitrogen, laboratory-tested to last five times longer than standard burrs, about 9,920 lb (4,500 kg) of coffee. PRO Technology removes the grinding chamber with two levers for cleaning, and the grind setting stays in place. Dosing is controlled to limit spray on the counter, and the adjustable fork is compatible with the PUQpress M4 automatic tamper. The F83 E Pro is made in Italy, runs on 110–120V at 650 watts, and is covered by a 24-month warranty. Matte black, SKU FZTF83EPROMBL.
