Fiorenzato F83 E Pro Sense
The Fiorenzato F83 E Pro Sense is a grind-by-weight commercial espresso grinder for high-volume cafes. Sense Technology weighs each dose in real time as it grinds into the portafilter, to 0.1 g, and doses are set in grams on the IPS touchscreen. Master Mode reads the portafilter weight and starts a single or double automatically. Direct Mode is still there if you want to dose by hand.
It runs 83mm flat Dark-T burrs on a 650-watt motor. Dark-T burrs are M340 steel, cut in-house, and coated with titanium, aluminum, carbon, and nitrogen, laboratory-tested to last five times longer than standard burrs, about 9,920 lb (4,500 kg) of coffee. PRO Technology removes the grinding chamber with two levers, and the grind setting stays in place. EVO Technology manages heat in the chamber, dosing stays on the fork instead of the counter, and the fork is compatible with the PUQpress M4. Made in Italy, 110–120V, 24-month warranty.
