Complete Control

Featuring some of the most advanced technology La Marzocco has to offer, the Strada MP is capable of producing exceptional espresso with fine-tuned control over pressure and flow rate. Mechanically-actuated paddle groups include the new conical valves, which not only last longer and wear less than previous parts, but also allow for direct control over pressure and flow rate at the group. As the conical valve is turned, it progressively allows more water to enter the brew path orifice, which increases flow rate and extraction pressure. Periscope pressure gauges on each group give the barista feedback on their progression, up to the maximum pump pressure. Whether you want soft, extended pre-infusion or prefer to taper back pressure at the end of a shot, the new MP groups are perfect for expertly dialing in your espresso.

Broad Features

Strada machines all feature independent boilers, with a separate boiler for steam, plus one brew boiler per group. PID temperature controls allow for different temp settings for each boiler, and boiler insulation plus a pre-heating system make for superb thermal stability no matter your beverage volume. Two articulating cool-touch steam wands provide plenty of steam power and utilize mechanical lever actuators. The drip tray is adjustable to different heights to accommodate a variety of cup sizes. With tons of features and a sleek, modern design, the Strada series is a great fit for modern third-wave-style cafes with a focus on both substance and style.

Seize Your Espresso

The Strada MP features mechanical paddle groups, which must be operated fully manually by the barista. While the Strada platform has a capacity for high-volume service, manually pulling each shot can slow down your workflow slightly. For more automated workflow, you may want to consider the Semi-Automatic (EE) or the Auto-Volumetric (AV) Strada machine instead.
