Mazzer Super Jolly G Grind-by-Weight
The Mazzer Super Jolly G Grind-by-Weight is an on-demand commercial espresso grinder with 64mm flat burrs, built for low-medium volume service. A built-in load cell grinds each dose to a target weight, so you don't need to weigh grounds or adjust the dose when you change the grind setting. Mazzer's Vibration Filtering Algorithm keeps doses accurate even with counter vibrations. Built on the Super Jolly V Pro platform, it grinds 4-5.2 grams per second.
A three-segment grinding chamber and a high-torque asynchronous motor speed up the flow of grounds, and a double fan cooling system keeps temperature stable as volume changes. The Grind Flow Control system ships with Hybrid and Antidust dampers to cut static, clumping and counter mess. Grinding starts hands-free when you place a portafilter or the included magnetic Dosing Cup, which fits 58mm portafilters and holds up to 30 grams. The grinding chamber opens for cleaning without losing your grind setting. Standard 205D bearing steel burrs suit all roast profiles.
