The Mazzer Super Jolly is perhaps the most well-known Mazzer grinder made. Its affordable price, incredible grind quality and durability have made it the premier choice for many small to mid-sized cafes. Even many home espresso enthusiasts have opted for this big-hearted beauty, noting the step up in speed and grind consistency between the 58mm burrs on the quite-respectable Mazzer Mini and the 64mm flat steel burrs on the Super Jolly. For those customers not wanting the size or needing the output of the Mazzer Major, the Super Jolly is the perfect choice.

Mazzer

In an age where companies are frequently cutting corners on build quality to save cost, a company like Mazzer is a rarity. Whenever espresso grinders are being discussed, and the focus turns to quality, reliability, and longevity, Mazzer is consistently a standard to which others are held. New companies and designs hit the market, but the question needing to be asked is, "Sure, it works well now, but is it going to last as long as a Mazzer?" Mazzer espresso grinders come in a variety of model variations (doser and electronic) and sizes ranging from the low-volume Mazzer Mini to the super-high volume Mazzer Robur. Feel free to shoot us an e-mail or give us a call if you need help deciding on the right one!

Great Product

Took some configuring to make the product work properly, but once we got it setup, had to take apart and re-setup everything works fantastically. Ordered two will setup the second once we open our coffee shop in April.

Perfect grind

I have 4 of these and they are the best grinding going for the price. A brick house of a grinder.

Very happy

We've had the SJ for a few months now and we couldn't be happier! Went from a Breville Smart Grinder to the SJ. The Smart Grinder only last 8 months before it was unable to grind at the espresso setting...and there are no end-user replaceable parts for it. Not so with the SJ! Keep in mind that it's a BIG grinder

Game changer

Been working for a week with the new grinder, replacing a very old soldier. Grinds so much faster and quieter. No longer afraid when a group drops in and orders 16 shots of espresso. This guy can keep up. Fast, flawless delivery too.

Final destination for the home espresso brewers!

I recently upgraded to this machine from rocky. The consistency of the grind is uncomparable to what I had before. I am happy for my purchase. Now, I wonder why didn't I get this earlier.

Nice piece of equipment!

I bought Mazzer SJ. This is my first grinder and hopefully the last one :--) Built like a tank, easy to set up and it has more power than I ever needed in a home environment. Still you should have this for home or business for that matter. Highly recommended!!

Every thing we need out of a grinder.

Looks and works great in a busy drive thru/ walk in shop. Everything we need in a grinder for a great price. Why buy a used one?

Great features and easy to manouvre

I bought this a couple of weeks ago as I was recommended this particular grinder by a supplier, as it is a super reliable and good quality grinder, I'm very happy with it so far and looking forward to many good coffees going forward!

It really is Super.

I've had the Super Jolly for a few weeks now, and I must say that while it did take a while to get it dialed in correctly, it does what it's meant to do, and consistently. I'd recommend the smaller hopper if you don't go through too many beans on a daily basis. This thing is big and heavy, but surprisingly quiet during operation. I'm delighted to be using it on a daily basis.

The Standard

I bought the Super Jolly partly because of the name, and partly because it's a standard among flat-burr grinders. Prima shipped it free and fast, with the Mazzer box safely ensconced inside a huge second box. Very reassuring. I bought the dosered timer model, and had already bought a conversion kit from Espresso Parts (with the polished funnel) to turn it into a doserless grinder. The conversion went quickly and painlessly. When I first turned the grinder on I was grinning like a fool: it was super quiet and felt like it had enough torque to pull stumps. Zeroing it was easy. The collar turns smoothly and firmly, and it happens that the burrs just started rubbing at 0 on the dial, which is unheard of. It took me 3 shots to dial in a 25 second pour of Nicaragua Finca Los Congos Pacamara Honey--midway between 1 and 2 on the collar. Superb! Looking forward to a long and super jolly relationship.

No Complain At All

I have already used this machine for one month. Except in the beginning, I had difficulty rotating the plate to adjust the fineness. My BF did that for me. It took me a few days to find the right fineness for Lavazza Perfetto expresso beans. So far this heavy machine runs smoothly and hasn't give me any trouble yet.
