The Nuova Simonelli Appia Life is the most compact commercial 2 group espresso machine to date, making it an ideal option for restaurants, mobile coffee carts, bakeries, or any other scenario where space is limited and a no-compromise solution for quality espresso is needed. In addition, the Appia Life Compact is one of only a handful of commercial espresso machines on the market available with 110v power, further adding to its adaptability to virtually any environment.
Streamlined Functionality
The Appia Life features volumetric programming with up to 4 presets per group, allowing the user to pre-program espresso shot volumes for simple one-touch operation. To help make the user’s job even easier, the Appia Life is available with Autosteam, which automatically disengages milk steaming when it detects the milk has reached the proper temperature. Inside the Appia Life is one large 7.5L boiler and heat exchange system to supply brewing water, steam, and hot water for americanos. Heat exchangers greatly simplify an espresso machine’s internal functionality making it less complex to service and providing you significant cost savings compared to dual boiler designs.
