Compact Grinder With Premium Grind
Small enough to fit into your Aeropress plunger but large enough to easily grind for a full 12 fl oz brew Timemore’s Chestnut Slim is a grinder without many peers. Built for portability and grind quality in equal measure this hand grinder is as comfortable in your luggage as it is on your countertop to be your go-to tool for your morning cup of coffee, and with its sturdy construction and high quality 38 millimeter conical burrs you can expect long life out the Slim no matter how you choose to use it.

Built For Quality
It takes intentional design and construction to produce a grind as consistent as the Timemore Slim does. It starts with a unibody aluminum alloy body construction, including metal struts inside of the grinder to keep the drive axle in place from handle to burr. That drive axle is supported as well by smooth rolling dual bearings, reducing burr wobble even further for more consistency at coarser grind settings and easy hand grinding operation throughout its full grind range. Maybe most important though are the burrs themselves, in this case a titanium coated set of 38 millimeter conical burrs machined to give you fantastic performance at finer grind settings, making brews at the level shine with clarity as you get fewer fines and better consistency compared to Timemore's stainless steel counterpart burrs. Even the black walnut pommel is made to look nice and provide a comfortable grip for your grind, proving that from top to bottom this hand mill is made to satisfy.

Repeatable Consistency
Timemore uses a stepped grind adjustment to make finding and returning to your favorite grind settings simple—just tighten the grind adjustment down fully to find the zero point and then count the number of clicks it takes to get to where you're going. The Slim offers a full grind range, giving you the ability to grind for very fine drip, moka pot, or even espresso, all the way up to coarser grinds meant for large Chemex brews or full immersion brews like french press. This version of the Slim comes with Timemore's titanium coated conical burr set which is made to perform best at finer grind settings though, making it a wonderful travel grinder to keep in the plunger of your Aeropress or packed up ready for a single cup pour over brew.
