Description
Victoria Arduino Mythos MY65
The Victoria Arduino Mythos MY65 is an on-demand commercial espresso grinder from the Mythos family, built for low- to medium-volume cafes. It is the entry point to the line, pairing 65mm Black Diamond flat burrs with a simplified TFT display in the same slim Mythos body. Victoria Arduino rates it at 2.5-3.0 grams per second.
The 65mm Black Diamond burrs get Victoria Arduino's Long Life treatment, and grind is set with micrometric adjustment. Clima Pro temperature control uses a single fan to manage grinding chamber temperature, and the Engine Protection System guards the motor. Timed electronic dosing offers 3 programmable doses, plus Stop and Go, the Barista function, dose addition and total and partial counters. A 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) hopper sits on top, and the clump crusher and outlet spout send an even flow of grounds into the basket. 115V at 750 watts. Available in Black, SKU AMYHS00TIMD650008 (Black).
