Description
Victoria Arduino Mythos MY75
The Victoria Arduino Mythos MY75 is an on-demand commercial espresso grinder from the Mythos family, built for medium-volume cafes. It pairs 75mm titanium flat burrs with the integrated touchscreen and a burr distance readout on the display. Victoria Arduino rates it at 2.5-3.0 grams per second.
The 75mm Titanium burrs get Victoria Arduino's Long Life treatment, and grind is set with micrometric adjustment. Clima Pro temperature control uses two fans to manage grinding chamber temperature, and the Engine Protection System guards the motor. Timed electronic dosing offers 3 programmable doses, plus Stop and Go, the Barista function, dose addition and total and partial counters. A 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) hopper sits on top, and the clump crusher and outlet spout send an even flow of grounds into the basket. The MY75 is compatible with the PUQpress M6 automatic tamper. 115V at 960 watts. Available in Black or White, SKU AMYTHOSTIMD750002 (Black) / AMYTHOSTIMD750015 (White).
