Victoria Arduino Mythos MYG75 Grind-by-Weight
The Victoria Arduino Mythos MYG75 Grind-by-Weight is an on-demand commercial espresso grinder from the Mythos family, built for medium-volume cafes. It takes the 75mm titanium burrs, touchscreen and burr distance readout of the MY75 and adds Grind-by-Weight dosing with a built-in scale, so each dose is ground to a target weight instead of a set time. Victoria Arduino rates it at 2.5-3.0 grams per second.
The 75mm Titanium burrs get Victoria Arduino's Long Life treatment, and grind is set with micrometric adjustment. Clima Pro temperature control uses two fans to manage grinding chamber temperature, and the Engine Protection System guards the motor. Grind-by-Weight dosing uses a built-in scale with 3 programmable doses, plus Stop and Go, the Barista function, dose addition and total and partial counters. A 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) hopper sits on top, and the clump crusher and outlet spout send an even flow of grounds into the basket. The MYG75 is compatible with the PUQpress M6 automatic tamper. 115V at 960 watts. Available in Black or White, SKU AMYTHOSGRVD750002 (Black) / AMYTHOSGRVD750012 (White).
