Description
Victoria Arduino Mythos MYG85 Grind-by-Weight
The Victoria Arduino Mythos MYG85 Grind-by-Weight is an on-demand commercial espresso grinder from the Mythos family, built for high-volume cafes. It is the top of the Mythos line: 85mm titanium flat burrs, the integrated touchscreen, a burr distance readout and Grind-by-Weight dosing with a built-in scale. Victoria Arduino rates it at 3.5-4.0 grams per second.
The 85mm Titanium burrs get Victoria Arduino's Long Life treatment, and grind is set with micrometric adjustment. Clima Pro temperature control uses two fans to manage grinding chamber temperature, and the Engine Protection System guards the motor. Grind-by-Weight dosing uses a built-in scale with 3 programmable doses, plus Stop and Go, the Barista function, dose addition and total and partial counters. A 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) hopper sits on top, and the clump crusher and outlet spout send an even flow of grounds into the basket. The MYG85 is compatible with the PUQpress M6 automatic tamper. 115V at 750 watts. Available in Black or White, SKU AMYTHOSGRVD850002 (Black) / AMYTHOSGRVD850012 (White).
