Description
Victoria Arduino MyOne Clima Pro
The Victoria Arduino MyOne Clima Pro is an on-demand commercial espresso grinder from the Mythos family, built for medium-volume cafes. It is the base 75mm Mythos, with 75mm titanium flat burrs and a TFT display in place of the full touchscreen. Victoria Arduino rates it at 2.5-3.0 grams per second.
The 75mm Titanium burrs get Victoria Arduino's Long Life treatment, and grind is set with micrometric adjustment. Clima Pro temperature control uses two fans to manage grinding chamber temperature, and the Engine Protection System guards the motor. Timed electronic dosing offers 3 programmable doses, plus Stop and Go, the Barista function, dose addition and total and partial counters. A 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) hopper sits on top, and the clump crusher and outlet spout send an even flow of grounds into the basket. The MyOne is compatible with the PUQpress M6 automatic tamper. 115V at 960 watts. Available in Black or White, SKU AMYONE0ONDD750003 (Black) / AMYONE0ONDD750004 (White).
