International Ordering Information
Prima Coffee is excited to offer international shipping options in partnership with UPS i-parcel. To place an international order, please select your country and currency on the top right side of our main page. You may then browse Prima Coffee to view the items that are available in your country.*
During the checkout process, i-parcel will calculate the shipping total, as well as taxes, duties, and customs, based upon the address you enter during checkout.
To celebrate the launch of our international shipping project, we’re offering a limited time, 5% coupon. Enter the coupon code "international5" in checkout to receive 5% off the products in your order. Note that this coupon does not apply to shipping, taxes, customs, insurance, or duties.*Note: some items are unavailable in some countries due to electrical incompatibility, fragile construction, weight, size, or various other restrictions.
Prima Coffee ships to over 80 countries. The Select (economy) shipping option is only available in certain countries. You can choose from the available shipping methods in the checkout process.

Note: UPS i-parcel shipping is for consumer, non-resale orders. For larger wholesale and bulk ordering (orders exceeding $3,000), please contact our team at email@example.com to discuss a customized quotation.
Shipping from our warehouse:
We’ll make every effort to ship your items out within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. If your item is listed as "distributor stock" on the product page, however, it will take longer for us to procure and prepare the product for shipment. Items marked "distributor stock" generally ship out in 2-3 weeks, although they may take up to 28 days to ship out from our location depending on the product.
- Select (economy) - 6-10 business-day transit time
- Expedited - 5-8 business-day transit time
- Express Saver - 4-7 business-day transit time
Note: the listed figures are only estimates and can differ based on your location. Weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events can delay UPS transit times. Shipments delayed due to unavoidable events are ineligible for refund or credit. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment notification, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
We will email tracking information to you. You may also enter your tracking number and view shipping updates at https://tracking.i-parcel.com.
Cancellation and order changes
Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, and neither the delivery service nor the delivery address can be changed.
Damage and claims policy
Transit damage and missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our sales team as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders are insured up to $100. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please do so at the time of purchase by selecting the additional insurance option in the checkout process.
Lost and undelivered package policy
Prima Coffee is not responsible for address mistakes or customer inavailability to receive products. Items will be treated as abandoned if they are not received by the customer in a timely manner or if the address is incorrect.
Due to the complications, expense, and risk of damage in international return shipping, we do not accept returns on international orders.
Some warranties are voided when an item is shipped outside of the USA. Please check on the international warranty eligibility of an item before placing an order. In the event that you encounter a problem with your product, please contact our sales team at email@example.com. In cases in which the manufacturer can provide parts, note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
