Prima Coffee Equipment's checkout program allows affiliates to check-out products for a duration of one month from the date of delivery. Affiliates are responsible for the shipping of items both ways and will be charged at checkout. A packing slip for return shipping will be located in the box with the equipment upon arrival.
All products are examined for damage prior to shipping and are assigned a condition. Affiliates will be presented with this condition in addition to a list of documented damage prior to shipping. Upon arrival, affiliates have 3 business days to make note of any additional damage that may be present and is unlisted. All damage that occurs while in possession of the affiliate, or during return shipping, will be the responsibility of the affiliate in accordance with the guidelines laid out in the Equipment Checkout Document. We strongly encourage purchasing shipping insurance on all products.

The Stagg EKG is, quite honestly, an aesthetic joy to behold. While the kettle is wonderful to look at, Fellow also made design decisions with you in mind as the user; the EKG's ergonomically designed counterweighted handle is built for comfort and control, and the pour spout provides smooth and perfectly precise flow from wide open pouring down to just a dribble when the need arises. Offering only one large knob and one LCD display screen on its face, the simplicity of the kettle's base is an accomplishment on its own. Just click the knob down to turn the kettle on and off, twist clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust your temperature up or down by one degree at a time, or take the kettle off the base and hold the button in for three seconds to start your brew timer.
