Prima Coffee Equipment's checkout program allows affiliates to check-out products for a duration of one month from the date of delivery. Affiliates are responsible for the shipping of items both ways and will be charged at checkout. A packing slip for return shipping will be located in the box with the equipment upon arrival.
All products are examined for damage prior to shipping and are assigned a condition. Affiliates will be presented with this condition in addition to a list of documented damage prior to shipping. Upon arrival, affiliates have 3 business days to make note of any additional damage that may be present and is unlisted. All damage that occurs while in possession of the affiliate, or during return shipping, will be the responsibility of the affiliate in accordance with the guidelines laid out in the Equipment Checkout Document. We strongly encourage purchasing shipping insurance on all products.

A Proven Grinder
The REMI, like its predecessor, features a similar aluminum unibody framemeaning it is milled from a single block of metal for structural integrity, two steel bearings for stable axle rotation, Contemporary 38mm conical steel burrs coated in titanium capable of grinding on the spectrum from Aeropress through French Press, and a stepless grind-adjustment wheel for the perfectionist in all of us. On the other hand, Option-O has refined some of the less inspired features of the 101. The grinds-catch, for instance, which previously used a silicone seal, now uses an innovative magnetic locking mechanism wherein nine magnets on the grinds-catch lock to nine magnets on the grinder barrel. The hopper, too, has been improved, keeping only two struts, leaving more clearance in the hopper for easy loading.
