The Hatfields London offers cafe-quality nitro-infused cold brew at home! This recipe calls for pure nitrogen cartridges (N2), like what's used in kegerators, rather than nitrous oxide (N20) as found in whipping siphons. This leaves your cold brew with a delicious smooth and creamy texture.

Recipe:

  • Cold Brew: 14oz
  • 1 Hatfields London Nitrogen cartridge



Begin by adding 14oz of cold brew to the NitroPress. Screw on the canister head ensuring it has a good seal.

Step 1




Next, unscrew the charger holder and insert one nitrogen charger. Tightly screw the holder back on to the cannister head. This will pressurize the device.

Step 2




Once you hear the nitrogen charger releasing, begin shaking the NitroPress for at least 2 minutes. The longer you shake it, the more the nitrogen will dissolve into the cold brew.

Step 3




Once you're done shaking, you can grab a glass, pull the lever and dispense the delicious, creamy nitro cold brew! Enjoy!
