Hey, I'm Steve from Prima Coffee, and today we're going to take a look at this cupping spoon from Third Wave Water. There isn't much that is required of a cupping spoon. It needs to hold about 4 to 5 milliliters in the bowl. This one does. And those are standards set by SCA, along with the standards for the bowls that you're using. So, in addition, it's just a really good-looking cupping spoon, which is sort of a welcome trend in the coffee industry, so it'll make it not necessarily a joyless experience to do cupping. It is blue and white. I has a PVD coating here on the blue, so it'll last forever. It's not going to scratch or come off. That is the cupping spoon from Third Wave Water. It fits those SCA standards, and it's going to bring a little pop to your cupping experience.
