Fetco CBS-1231 Plus Series Brewer - Single Station 3L or 1 Gallon

The CBS-1231 Plus Series Single Station Coffee Brewer provides flexibility in small to medium-sized venues such as convenience stores, bakeries, specialty cafes, and office lobbies. With the easy-to-use push button interface, brewing great coffee has never been more simple. The CBS-1231 Plus is designed with small-batch brewing in mind, but still possesses the reliability and many of the phenomenal features offered by larger, Extractor®-branded products from Fetco. The Cascading Dome Spray (CDS) found on the CBS-1231 Plus virtually eliminates spray head lime and mineral buildup as the water flows over the outer surface of the dome as opposed to through tiny drain holes found on many other batch brewers. New features introduced in the 1200 series include an electrical lattice, front panel access for servicing, laser welded tanks for better durability, and a USB port for software updates. This brewer comes standard with a highly durable plastic basket for optimal heat retention and cost savings, but these can also be upgraded to stainless steel baskets. The CBS-1231 Plus does require 13" x 5" filters, and depending on the amount of coffee being brewed, a 3 liter or 1 gallon airpot is also required.
