Particle uniformity is, without a doubt, one of the most important factors when brewing consistently delicious coffee. SSP is well-known for producing some of the best burrs available to the coffee market, and they’ve just released a new burr set that not only delivers phenomenal particle uniformity, but a unique particle shape that enhances clarity and sweetness. Similar to the burrs found in the Ditting 807 Lab Sweet in terms of geometry, these 64mm burrs are made from cast steel and have a DLC (diamond-like carbon coating) which helps to vastly increase the lifespan of the burr set without having any negative effect on the taste of your coffee. We recommend that you season these burrs with around 5kg of coffee to obtain optimal flavor results. These burrs are compatible with the Option-O Lagom P64, DF64, Fellow Ode, and Mazzer Mini and Super Jolly models.
