Up To 30 Hot Milk-Based Drinks Per Hour
At the center of the Essential Package is the Nuova Simonelli Oscar II, a powerful heat-exchange espresso machine with programmable timed dosing and super impressive steam pressure and temperature recovery. We include the reservoir model with this bundle, but a direct-plumb version is available on request. Likewise, an on-counter pitcher rinser is included, but can be swapped with an in-counter model on request. Together with the HeyCafe Buddy grinder and Caffewerks Connect Cube Hydro water pump, this combination keeps service flowing for crowds of 30 milk-based drinks per hour.
The Essential Coffee Cart
We set out to design our own coffee cart that offers durable construction, at-home customization, and a price that’s friendly for new business owners. The Essential Coffee Cart is constructed of ¾" Birch wood with pine wood edging, mounted on 4” locking casters. The cart ships sanded but completely unfinished, giving you the creative freedom to customize it with stain and poly, or primer and paint. Secured by crib screws, this cart is extremely sturdy and designed to be a permanent setup.
With this package, we recommend adding a tamper, knock box or knock chute of your choice, as well as our Coffee Cart Small Wares Starter Pack and Coffee Cart Hot and Cold Water Sink Kit.
