Just One, Please
The Technivorm Cup-One is designed to brew a single serving at a time, approximately 10oz. This model does not include a carafe; instead, you can place virtually any mug directly under the basket. Similar to all Technivorm brewers, the KBGV is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association in accordance with the Golden Cup Standard. This certification ensures high brewing temperatures ranging from 196 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit and a showerhead that facilitates an even extraction of the grounds.
Simple Brewing
Brewing a cup of coffee with the Technivorm Cup-One could hardly be any easier — simply place a Melitta #1 Filter in the brew basket, add an appropriate volume of water to the reservoir and flip the power switch. The Cup-One will brew a full 10z pot of coffee in about 4 minutes before automatically disengaging the power. That’s it, you’re done!
