Introducing the Model 1 Mobile Coffee Cart from The Woodress. Handmade in Santa Cruz, CA, this elegant 7-piece cart is fully collapsible and assembles in under 3 minutes without any hardware, making it ideal for efficient transport, compact storage, and quick setup. The cart features a spacious 57” x 26.5” countertop, offering ample room for a 1-2 group espresso machine, grinder, knock box, pitcher rinser, and POS system. Additionally, the Model 1 includes optional 12” folding shelves that provide extra space for supplies, menu boards, or a hand-off plane, along with two open cabinet spaces and a large shelf.
Lightweight, Durable Materials
The Model 1 was purposefully designed with materials that strike the perfect balance between low weight and high durability. The body is constructed of ¾” plywood with a water-based pressed-paper lining that provides waterproof protection inside the cart when things get messy. The exterior features a robust plywood structure that is laminated for enhanced resilience, allowing it to withstand repeated washings, moisture, and the inevitable bumps and spills of everyday use. Additionally, the Model 1 features a countertop crafted from thick Formica Laminate, which also offers outstanding resistance to scratches, dents and water.
