What makes the Sculptor 064S such a favorite? It’s everything espresso fans have wanted in a single-dose grinder, all in a compact and affordable package. Perfect for those who love a precise and unhurried brewing process, the Sculptor has a simple and clean design. Its vertical burr set, small hopper, and efficient rotary knocker keep grounds retention very low, so you can easily switch between different coffees and grind sizes and get almost exactly what you put in each time. As a single-dose grinder, it requires coffee beans to be weighed out on a scale prior to grinding. There are no grind-by-time or grind-by-weight functionalities in the Sculptor—just a simple on/off switch.
Clean Workflow
One of our favorite features in the Sculptor is its unique rotary knocker for clearing grounds from the chute after grinding. Traditional knockers often hit the outside of the chute, sometimes sending grounds flying or not working effectively. Timemore’s design, however, offers satisfying tactile feedback while efficiently removing grounds without making a mess. Just turn the rotary knocker 2-3 times after grinding to expel any remaining grounds, and you're done! Combined with its vertical burr set, this innovation allows the Sculptor to retain only a few tenths of a gram of coffee or less.
