The Nuova Aurelia VOL XT is the next evolution of the iconic Aurelia. It features an advanced heat exchanger system engineered for improved temperature stability and consistent extraction performance across all groups, along with Nuova’s Soft Infusion System (SIS) that gently pre-wets the coffee grounds before full pressure is applied.

Volumetric dosing with individual group shot timers ensures accurate and repeatable yields. The built-in E-Milk system provides nine programmable milk temperature and texture profiles using a rotary selection dial with clear graphics and wording, letting you instantly switch between different milk drinks without manual tuning.

The VOL XT also includes tall group heads for larger takeaway cups, Auto-Purge function for easier cleaning, and is fully compatible with all traditional espresso grinders. Compared to the Nuova Aurelia VOL XT C-AUTO w/ E-Milk, this version does not include the synchronized grinder system.
