The Perfect Pour pitchers from Revolution, which come in three sizes—12, 20, and 30oz — , one for every drink style, are made from stainless steel to be durable on bar without sacrificing the barista's ability to feel for milk temperature. In addition, they have measurements on the interior wall to help reduce waste and a "perfect pour" spot to help with latte art. Watch Steve steam some milk and pour a cappuccino with one of these sleek Revolution pitchers.
Hi, I'm Steve with Prima Coffee. And today, we're going to talk about these Revolution Perfect Pour Pitchers and I'm going to show you how well they work. So these are your standard milk-steaming pitchers. It is 18/8 stainless steel, which is thick enough so that it's durable on bar but, at the same time, it's not too thick. So you can still feel the heat coming through, which is important so that when you are steaming, you can achieve the appropriate temperature for whatever drink that you're making. It comes in these 3 sizes, so it's 12-ounce, 20-ounce, and 30-ounces. The small one is great for cappuccinos and macchiatos, the middle one for lattes, and the third one here, if you do have extra-large drinks on the menu at your cafe, but probably more likely is going to be used to steam for multiple drinks at a time. So you steam in here, and then you can pour into one of your smaller pitchers when you're going to pour the drink itself.
So each of these has lines on the interior wall to show you how many ounces and milliliters that you've filled it up. So these marks are especially important to help you to pour only what you need for any individual drink. And also means that you're going to save milk in the long run. And if you have a cafe, that means you're going to save money in the long run as well. The small one here has lines for 4 ounces up to 8 ounces, the medium one has lines from 6 ounces all the way up to 14, the big one has 12 to 22 ounces. And because they are milk pitchers for steaming, even though it's 12, 20, and 30, that's not how much milk you're going to put in there to steam, because once you start introducing milk and air, it would overflow at that point. So, ultimately, the volume of milk that you're going to pour in is probably not going to go over the top line that they've given you on the interior and maybe just a little bit lower than that. So, those are your Revolution Perfect Pour Pitchers. They're sturdy enough to hold up in your cafe and they have a spout designed specifically for pouring latte art. You can find them online at primacoffee.com in 12, 20, and 30-ounces.
