Hey, folks. It's Steve with Prima Coffee here. Today, I'm going to take a look at the Compact Nitro Coffee Kit. This is a whole kit. Everything you need for getting started with nitro cold brew, nitro flash-chilled coffee, anything you want in your home or cafe, what have you. It's a nice, small, economical kit, and we've put everything together for you. So all you need to do is, basically, put coffee in it and you're ready to go. So taking a look at the front here, we have our small, compact kegerator. This guy will hold two 5-gallon Cornelius kegs. This is included. This is a 3-gallon Cornelius keg. We also have a 22-cubic-foot nitrogen bottle with a pressure regulator, all the lines that you need. Basically, all you need to do is get this bottle filled at your local gas shop, put your coffee in the keg, pressurize it, get it nice and cold, and you're ready to serve. Up top, we have a single faucet tower with a polished stainless stout faucet. This stout faucet has a restrictor plate built-in, which gives you that nice, creamy nitrogen head that you're looking for just like a stout beer.

We can actually upgrade this to a double faucet if you like. You could even do a nitro creamy head coffee on one side with a regular cold brew on the other or a soda water, what have you. Inside, we can fit two of those Cornelius kegs plus one gas bottle, but there's also a harness on the back. So if you'd like to put a gas bottle on the back, there's the harness built-in and then a pre-drilled port to run your airline through. So you can run your gas completely external if you like and just leave a little bit more room for your kegs to be refrigerated on the inside. And these guys are really, really easy to use, really easy to set up. Again, we've included everything you need in the kit. So all you really need to do is fill up the keg with your coffee, get your nitrogen gas filled locally. Unfortunately, we can't ship a filled bottle. To get that all set up, we've got some great videos and resources for that for you, and then you're pretty much ready to go. Give you a little bit of a demonstration here. I've got my coffee all set up. I'm dispensing this at about 40 psi, and you can see, you get a nice, beautiful, creamy head out of that stout faucet. So there you have it. That is our Nitro Compact Coffee Kit. Super easy to use and set up and serve some delicious nitro coffee.
