Recipe:
- Coffee dose: 300g
- Water Weight: 1200g
- Ice Weight: 1200g
- Grind Size: Medium-Coarse
- Water Temp: Cool water
Begin by carefully removing the middle chamber and inserting the small ceramic filter into the top of the narrow spout at the bottom.
Step 1
Next, add your 300 grams of ground coffee to the middle chamber on top of the ceramic filter.
Step 2
Once you've added your coffee, level the grounds and place a paper filter on top. You can then reinsert the middle chamber.
Step 3
Next, you'll move to the upper chamber where you will add your 1200 grams of water and 1200 grams of ice.
Step 4
Once your liquid is added, twist the knob to release a bit of water to wet the filter and pre-wet the top layer of coffee. From there, using the same knob, adjust the flow rate to approximately 1 drop per second.
Step 5
Now you wait between 8-12 hours for the delicious cold brew! Once it has completely drained you can serve and enjoy!
