During the brewing process, the Bambino utilizes a vibratory pump that automatically initiates a low-pressure pre-infusion, followed by a complete 9-bar extraction with water at a temperature of 200°F. The internal PID temperature control system ensures that the brew temperatures remain consistently stable from one brew to the next, providing a reliable and uniform extraction experience. When it's time to steam milk, simply choose your preferred temperature and texture settings, then press the steam button and wait just 3 seconds. The Bambino's automated steam wand takes care of the steaming process independently. While it may take a bit longer than larger machines to heat the milk, your patience is rewarded with luxuriously dense microfoam, perfect for crafting lattes, flat whites, or cappuccinos.
