La Marzocco

Whether or not their competition admits it, La Marzocco's influence on the espresso world is unprecedented. Double-boilers and saturated group heads are just a couple of the technological innovations they have brought to the masses. Their espresso machines are well-known for their workmanship and durable build, crafted to handle the highest volume environments without compromising quality.

In case the machine breaks down, where/who should I take it to get it fixed? Thank you!

La Marzocco has a database of technicians available in all all US States. The retailer you purchase this machine through will help connect you with a technician in the event that something goes wrong with your machine.

Could you please explain the plumbing procedure, is there a kit to buy for this process and did your video say that even the drip tray could have it's own drain system?

Asked by: drew24
Hey, Drew. This video should be of help to you!

I think I understand the two different models, but what exactly is the difference between the Auto Volumetric and Mechanical models?

Asked by: drew24
Hey, Drew. Great question. The biggest difference is pre-infusion. The MP model's paddle allows the barista to control the duration of pre-infusion because it is controlled manually. The AV, on the other hand, has a completely programmed pre-infusion, and allows you to hit one of the 4 presets and walk away.

Asked by: carey
Hi, Carey There is no La Marzocco with grinding capabilities. You're looking for The GS/3 AV (Automatic Volumetric).
