Which is better for por over bar that requires both speed and quality?

Asked by: Viva
The Guatemala is an excellent choice for Pour Over Brewing. Because of its increased particle uniformity, another option to consider is the Mahlkonig EK43.

Would like to know the grind range on the Guatemala Grinder, which is the finest setting for it?

Asked by: Juan
at setting "1" you can actually achieve close to an espresso grind -- certainly fine enough for any filter coffee brewing method. At it coarsest setting it will produce very large grinds which are great for a french press. The grinder has a very full range of settings.
