Warranty: Manufacturer's warranty does not apply. This item will be covered by a 30 day labor warranty and a 90 day limited warranty on non-wear-and-tear parts only. Proper water filtration must be installed prior to installation. If something were to fail within that time, Prima will, at its sole discretion, either pay for warranty service onsite or pay for the unit to be returned. We will issue a refund after the item is received at our location.

Return Policy: All sales are final. In the event the unit is dead on arrival, the purchaser has 7 days from the date of delivery to begin the return process. Begin a return by following the steps in our No-Hassle Return Policy. We recommend that you insure your shipment to protect against lost shipments and freight damage.
