The legendary Rancilio Silvia is perhaps the most well-respected home espresso machine of all time. The Silvia M is the latest version which adds a number of aesthetic upgrades, an adjustable expansion valve, and a commercial articulating steam wand with a single hole tip.
Commercial Components
Rancilio has integrated the very same components into the Silvia M Home espresso machine as are found in their commercial lineup. Boasting a 41 watt pump, the Silvia M gives you the ability to pull shot-after-shot and make latte-after-latte using the Silvia M, despite it only having a single-boiler. Including a new, contoured steam knob and single-hole, articulating steam wand, you'll be making cafe-quality, velvety milk in no time. Finally, due to the three-way solenoid valve depressurizes the group head, so you can remove your portafilter as soon as your shot is finished pulling without having to worry about hot water splashing about.
