Hey. Chris here with Prima Coffee Equipment. Today we're taking a look at Bonavita's Variable Temperature Electric Pouring Kettle. This is an Electric Pouring Kettle by Bonavita. It offers a lot of the same convenience as the other kettles they make, but with the added feature of this variable temperature control. Let me show you how this works.

Bonavita Variable Temperature Electric Pouring Kettle - 1 Liter

Heats water quickly - one liter in the gooseneck kettle comes to a boil in less than five minutes.

Hit this "On" switch in the base and you're going to see a number of different temperature options. These are all presets that you can set up in advance. You can tell the base what temperature to bring the water to and then tell it to hold it right there. Say I want to go to 203 degrees. Drop it down to 203, press "Hold, " and this will actually bring the water up to 203, then hold it there for as long as I need it to. You can also switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius for this kettle. "On/Off", "Fahrenheit/Celsius" switch, and the different temperature settings right there.

Besides the base, it's pretty much the same as the other kettles. You have this easy-to-remove lid, holes large enough to fit in most thermometers, and it doesn't fall off when you pour. Pretty comfortable plastic handle here. Gooseneck pouring spout, which offers nice control from a very slow drip to something quite a bit faster. Great for all pour-over methods.

It's all stainless steel, except for the plastic pieces, and holds about a liter of water. So, Bonavita Variable Temperature Electric Pouring Kettle. We like it a lot, think you will too. Thanks for watching.
